Hauling and Disposal of Liquid Biosolids

Project Description: Sealed Bids for the East Hanover Township Municipal Authority (Authority) Hauling and Disposal of Liquid Biosolids Contract will be received by East Hanover Township Municipal Authority online via PennBid, until 10:00 am, local time on November 4, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be opened and made available to the bidders.

Search the “number column” for “East Hanover Township Municipal Authority”. The “title” of the project is “Hauling and Disposal of Liquid Biosolids”. Bidders can utilize the PennBid Program without any initial or recurring costs. A fee 0.33% of the total work awarded, capped at $6,000, is assessed only to the bidder who is awarded the project.
Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Authority makes no representations as to the total gallons of liquid biosolids available for hauling and disposal during the term of the contract.
The Authority intends to award the contract to the overall lowest responsible bidder, as determined to be in the best interest of the Authority. Bids may be taken under advisement and the award of the contract, if awarded, will be made within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening of the Bids. The Board Members reserve the right to formally accept a Bid and award a contract by public announcement at a regular meeting of the Authority.
There will not be a Pre-Bid meeting to discuss this Bid and Contract. Proposal Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Payment Bonds are not required for this Bid. An anti-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid.
