Summary:The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested vendors (Bidder) to provide On-Call Stormwater Maintenance Services.
The Project involves providing construction services for a variety of different stormwater management facilities. Public Works is responsible for the inspection and maintenance of all Public Works owned and operated facilities, which includes stormwater detention basins, bioretention basins, stream restorations, etc.
