TASK BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS)

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Indigenous Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under “Tier 1” and under the stated consultant category, National Capital Region area and level of expertise for the following categories:

[Work Stream 5 - Category P.9 Project Manager - Level 3 Senior x 2]

[Work Stream 4 - Category B.1 Business Analyst - Level 3 Senior x 1]

It is intended to award of up to two (2) contracts (Either One (1) contract in each stream or One (1) contract for both streams depending on the outcome of the bid evaluation), with each contract purchasing Work from each stream. Each contract will be for one (1) year plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Description of the Requirement:

This requirement is for the Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) to receive professional services expertise to provide comprehensive project planning, implementation, advisory services and support for the modernization initiatives within the PSC.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:

• Exclusive Rights
