Contractor shall provide officiating services, per NFL flag rules, for the Department of Parks and Recreationâs (DPR) flag football program to include hiring, training, scheduling, and on-site supervision of game officials. The Contractor will allow DPR to provide input and oversite to officialsâ training as DPR deems necessary to ensure quality. DPR will provide an on-site monitor to assist with game management and field set-up.
