The Texas Racing Commission (TXRC) is publishing this Request for Qualifications for an equine analytic testing laboratory located with a public educational institution with an established record of testing racehorses for twenty (20) or more years to perform Testing Services (Class 907/83) on urine, hair and blood samples obtained from equine animals after races at horse racing tracks inside the State of Texas. TXRC intends to make an award of one (1) contract.
