The Bidder is entirely responsible for inspecting all site conditions prior to submitting a service bid. This meeting is MANDATORY ONLY for those companies who have not previously performed Insulation Services; Removal and Replacement of Insulation and Cladding for Boiler Walls and Piping, and Fabrication of and Installation of Removable Insulation Blankets at the City of Spokane Waste to Energy Facility.
