The following question was received concerning Factor 1, (Technical) Experience, in the Instructions to Offerors:
Factor 1 (Technical) - Experience, for the three references, would the government permit offerors to use the experience of proposed key personnel employed by the offeror to demonstrate the contractor capability to perform this requirement?
ANSWER: Refer to page 68 in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The section after paragraph 4), Unsafe Conditions Investigations, provides what is required regarding the Offeror s offered experience (or the proposed subcontractor s) providing Industrial Hygiene Services.
