General Notice
City of Wrightsville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

City of Wrightsville City Shop Building
Project Number: 24RU40019
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by City of Wrightsville at the Wrightsville City Hall located at 13024 Hwy. 365 S., Little Rock, Arkansas 72206, until Tuesday, December 10th, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work:
The bid excludes the purchase and assembly of prefabricated metal building but includes the following: Preparation of pad for the building behind Wrightsville City Hall, Construction of reinforced concrete pad, Installation of 256 linear feet of 6-foot chain link fencing, and Installation of one 16-foot double chain link vehicular gate.

The Project has an expected duration of 45 consecutive calendar days.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

IN ORDER TO BE ACCURATELY REGISTERED AS AN ELIGIBLE PLAN HOLDER, contract documents must be obtained from QuestCDN.com or OWN, Inc., and must accurately register as a plan holder. Bid documents submitted that were obtained through a 3rd party will be considered non-responsive.
The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any or all bids and to re-advertise and to rebid.
Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of his/her base bid which is subject to conditions provided in the EJCDC C-200 Instructions to Bidders.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 11:00 a.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying $175.00 for each set. Make checks for Bidding Documents payable to OWN, Inc. No refunds will be given to any Bidders for any reason.
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will NOT be held.
