Sealed Tenders for the above project will be received by Athabasca County at the County office, 3602 – 48 Avenue, Athabasca, AB, T9S 1M8 until:
2:00 p.m. MST, Wednesday, June 4, 2025

Tender opening will be at 2:01 p.m. MST at the Athabasca County office, 3602 – 48 Avenue, Athabasca, AB, T9S 1M8.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
2025 Chip Seal Program
APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES:
Cement Subgrade Stabilization -         13,400 m2
Application of Seal Coat (Des 3 Cl 12.5C)-26,800m2
Supply and Application of Fog Coat-13,400m2

This is a Contractor’s supply of aggregate contract with No Option.

Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total sum tendered. The completion date for this project is September 15, 2025.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
