Sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Danville Park Ave. & M St. Sidewalk Impvts in Danville, AR will be received at City Hall, 1299 E 8th St., Danville, Arkansas 72833 until 1:00 PM on December 16th, 2024, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work consists of asphalt paving, parking striping, signage, constructing curbs, gutters and sidewalks. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at

Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the Harbor online Plan Holders List; there, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the Harbor online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders list. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers on the Bid Form to verify receipt. There will be no refund for returned Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. The Owner hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act also apply. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
