The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking sources to manufacture hardware for assembly in the MK77 Mod 1 Gas Generator program. Hardware to be procured is MK77 24 Pin Connectors. The contractor shall fabricate, inspect, test, and deliver components in accordance with applicable documents and specifications. The Contractor shall provide, design, and fabricate all necessary tooling to manufacture and dimensionally inspect the components, and provide necessary data. Award is expected to be made in August 2025.

This will be a competitive procurement. NAICS Code 334417; FSC Code 5342. The proposed contract action will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Supply type contract. The method of Source Selection will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home with a projected release of FY25 Q2. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendment(s) will not be provided.

Offeror(s) are required to complete their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home. Failure to register in SAM makes an offeror ineligible for award of DoD contracts.

All interested sources shall provide the organization name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, business size, UEI ID number, and CAGE Code. In addition, all interested sources shall provide a summary of their company’s capabilities.
