Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, Department of Environmental Protections, intends to enter into a sole source agreement with GP Jager Inc. for the purchase of JWC Environmental grinders & parts. These grinders, controllers and parts are needed to replace those that are depleted, worn-out and can no longer be used to ensure proper maintenance and operation of the process wastewater sludge grinding and pumping equipment and systems. DEP has determined, that JWC Environmental Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of JWC Environmental grinders, controllers, and parts and GP Jager Inc. is the only authorized sole source for these JWC Environmental products for our Wastewater Resource Recovery Facilities. All related inquiries should be sent via the Discussion Forum in PASSPort or to Krystal Castle at kcastle@dep.nyc.gov, no later than November 13, 2024 by 11:00 A.M.
