Submission: Bids are due on Tuesday, January 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and will be opened at that time. Bids will be accepted via mail-in or in-person delivery to the Town of Manila offices, 145 UT-43, Manila, UT 84046.
Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM local time on December 16, 2025, at the Town of Manila offices, 145 UT-43, Manila, UT 84046. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required to submit a bid. All attendees must sign the attendance log at the meeting.
