The City of North Charleston is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify Engineering Firms, licensed to practice in the State of South Carolina for professional engineering and consulting services, to develop a Watershed Master Plan (WMP) for The City of North Charleston. The purpose of the WMP is to move up in the Community Rating System (CRS) of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and to increase resiliency in The City of North Charleston. These services will be provided under contract with the City of North Charleston with funding provided in whole or in part by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) under RIA State Grant # P-24-5022.
