Summary
The Authority is seeking accounting services from qualified applicants to compile year-end Financial Statements, including all applicable disclosures. The Authority anticipates additional financial reporting and accounting requirements with the receipt of federal funding through the Inflation Reduction Act. The Authority operates using cash-basis accounting and requires year-end financials to be reported/filed under accrual-based accounting per GAAP regulations. The Authority currently issues conduit debt revenue bonds and will begin direct lending, revolving loan funds, credit enhancement using loan loss reserves, and federal funds expense reporting activities.
