This subject Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and associated Task Order to John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU/APL) have been awarded on a sole source basis. The contract provides for engineering, implementation and technical support services in support of Department of State requirements.
