Project Description: This project includes improvements to Gay Street corridor from Matlack Street to Darlington Street to increase safety and improve operations during open air events in the Borough or West Chester, Chester County, PA. Improvements include the installation of Barrier Type HT2 (IWA14-1:2003 Bollard V/7200[N2A]/64/90:0.1), blank-out sign, ITS portable dynamic message signs, fixed bollards, VMS portable fond ups signs, gateway piers and lighting, and ADA ramps.
