Project Description: Botetourt County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide services related to the Orchard Lake and Dam Project. The County seeks a firm to perform site assessment, alternatives analysis, preliminary engineering report (PER), and related coordination with regulatory agencies. This procurement will be conducted as a Multiphase Professional Services Contract in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).
