The National Defense Business Operations Plan requires ongoing analysis of various DoD lines of business by providing access to a comprehensive collection of commercial data and using artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve challenges pertaining to Acquisition, Foreign Influence & Adversarial Capital, Nuclear Modernization, Procurement, Science & Technology, Supply Chain management, cyber defense and information technology management, and testing and evaluation. Additionally, a data-first approach, at scale, is required to perform analysis across the spectrum of strategic intent, budgeting, spending, and outcomes to optimize business operations in support of the National Defense Strategy.
