Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is seeking proposals on behalf of Montgomery County Agencies (MCS’s) from qualified organizations to provide administration of the Group Medicare Advantage (medical only; no Part D) programs for each Agency’s Medicare Retiree eligible participants effective January 1, 2027. Vendors who intend to respond shall notify Angela McIntosh-Davis via e-mail, Angela_S_McIntosh-Davis@mcpsmd.org by March 16, 2026.Bidders will not receive experience data, or census files, until an intent to bid is provided and MCPS has confirmed that you meet the qualifications.

THIS ERRATUM IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO THOSE AGENCIES THAT PROVIDED AN
INTENT TO BID, AND WERE DEEMED ELIGIBLE.
Please note the following changes to above-mentioned RFP:
1. The Technical proposal due date is changed from April 7, 2026 to April 10, 2026.
a) The electronic response to the technical proposal is due April 10, 2026. The hard/paper copy must
be post marked April 10, 2026.
2. The Financial proposal due date is changed from April 17, 2026 to April 20, 2026.
a) The electronic response to the financial proposal is due April 20, 2026. The hard/paper copy must
be post marked April 20, 2026.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
