If a firm is interested in submitting a proposal of professional Architectural & Engineering services, then the Consultant must notify the City of Roseville's Public Works Director, Jesse Freihammer, jesse.freihammer@cityofroseville.com , via email by noon on Monday, August 4, 2025.

All questions regarding the content included in this RFP must be sent in writing via email to both of the following City of Roseville staff:

Jesse.Freihammer@cityofroseville.com and Sally.Ricard@cityofroseville.com

Only written questions sent via email will receive a response. Questions are due via email by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Responses to all such requests that were placed within the allotted timeline will be made in writing by addendum to all Respondents.

A Pre-Proposal site tour option will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. The tour will start with the existing maintenance facility and then the Lexington Shoppes/Veterans Park. Attendance is not mandatory, therefore any questions about RFP clarifications will not be answered during the tour and must be sent via email.

Proposal Submissions are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
