Town of Canmore
The Town of Canmore is seeking a qualified consulting firm to design and deliver a comprehensive Training Needs Assessment that will identify current and emerging skills gaps across key sectors of the local economy. The primary objective of the project is to enhance Canmore’s workforce capacity by identifying and addressing training and skills gaps through targeted, evidence-based recommendations that inform local training programs, recruitment strategies, and policy initiatives. The final deliverables will include a detailed report with findings and practical, actionable recommendations to help bridge workforce needs. The successful proponent will demonstrate expertise in labour market research, workforce development, and interest holder engagement.
