Downtown Framingham Parking Garage

The City of Framingham is seeking sealed proposals from a qualified Architectural/Engineering (AE) Design Services Firm to provide Design Services and Construction Administration Services for a parking garage with 1000 square feet on the ground level floor facing Union Avenue to house a branch bank on City owned property located at 97 Franklin Street, Framingham, Massachusetts.

Proposals shall be submitted through Bidnet Direct and are due on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 by 10:00 a.m.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room, 1 ^st Floor, Memorial Building, 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts
