he Town of Littleton, Massachusetts invites sealed bids for the renovation of the second floor of the Town Offices building located at 37 Shattuck Street. The project will reconfigure existing office space to create twelve (12) new offices, including installation of new walls, doors, lighting, electrical receptacles, data cabling, fire alarm devices, plumbing, painting, and limited flooring and ceiling tiles. Contractors shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. Work must be completed by June 30, 2026. Specifications may be obtained electronically on the Town's website at www.littletonma.org/bids
