Porch Repairs at Kara Alumni Hall: Repairs include structural framing and balustrade replacements, entablature removal and reinstallation, column repairs, new soffit, slate paving regrouting, and painting at the North and East Porches.
Low Slope Roofing Coatings at Kara Alumni Hall: New roof coatings over existing SBS membrane roofing at porch roofs and upper mechanical equipment roof. Treatment of existing plastic balustrade at upper roof.
