Project Description: This project involves a base bid and an alternate bid for the mill and overlay of roadway surfaces at several specified locations within Lower Gwynedd Township, including base repair, adjustment of manhole rim elevations and line striping. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with Penn DOT Publication 408 and Township Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s March 2025 Asphalt Cement Price Index
