Scope of Services
Scope of Services and General Requirements

A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, design services,

engineering services, and incidentals necessary to complete the renovation work described herein.

All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal building codes

and regulations.

B. Scope of Services includes the following.

i. Replacement of the roofing.

ii. Replacement of dropped acoustic ceilings (offices only).

iii. Repairs of the damaged T&G ceiling.

iv. Repairs to damaged drywall.

v. Replacement of the flooring throughout including subfloor (and floor joists if necessary).

vi. Replacement of interior bifold door and interior swing door.

vii. Replacement of (1) pair of exterior French doors and (1) swing entry door.
