The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Seeks Expressions of Interest for approximately 25,050 ABOA SF/not to exceed 28,181 RSF of Leased lab, office and warehouse space and 32 parking spaces, for use by the VA as an Optical Fabrication Lab (OFL) and Veterans Mail Out Center (VMOC) in the delineated area explained below within Boise, ID.

Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must front on any of the following boundary lines: Northern Boundary: Hwy 44

Southern Boundary: Kuna Mora Rd; Deer Flat Rd; Locust Ln

Eastern Boundary: Hwy 44; East Warm Spring Ave; Hwy 21; I-84

Western Boundary: Middleton Rd
