The Toledo Public School District is issuing a Request for Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") to establish a list of Design Professional Service providers such as Architectural and Engineering firms (including but not limited to civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, landscaping architectural, geotechnical) to be used for future projects. The District may select a single design professional or firm for any project with an estimated professional design fee of less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) as provided under ORC 153.71 Administrative Rules. Specific "SOQ" Information can be found on the TPS website @tps.org > Departments > Business Division > Public Bidding/Requests for Proposals/Quotes. Statements of Qualifications are due in the Treasurer’s Office, Toledo Public Schools Educational Campus, 1609 N. Summit St. Toledo, OH 43604, no later than 10:00am on Friday, July 31, 2026.
