INVITATION FOR BID

2026 WAREHOUSE STOCK REPLENISHMENT

– UTILITY WOOD POLES

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified suppliers to provide utility

wood poles to replenish warehouse stock and supply inventory for various large community

electric and fiber projects.

Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Avis Jimm, Contract Administrator, at (928)

729-6243 or by email avisj@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route

12, Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Bid response shall be submitted, electronically, to avisj@ntua.com in a PDF attachment clearly

labeled: “DO NOT OPEN – 2026 WAREHOUSE STOCK REPLENISHMENT – UTILITY

WOOD POLES” and received electronically by February 26, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m. (DST).
