Project Description: Notice is hereby given that the School Board of St. Lucie, Florida intends to award Continuing Contracts for Professional Consultant Services to a minimum of two (2) Construction Management firms to provide support for the construction of District projects, not to exceed $7,500,000. The contracts will be awarded for a term of one year from the date of award by the St. Lucie County School Board (SLCSB) with renewal options for up to two (additional) one-year periods.
