JEFFERSON PATTERSON PARK & MUSEUM REPLACE DRY VALVE IN BLDG. 8

This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, parts, incidentals, tests, supervision, and services necessary for and incidental to replace a dry valve in bldg. 8. The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM), 10515 Mackall Road,
Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685 (JPPM).

This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary for and incidental to replace a 4 inch dry valve in bldg. 8, at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM).

Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit:

-- Bid/Proposal Affidavit.
-- Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure.
-- Licenses or certifications.
-- Company’s certificates of insurance.
-- Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.

JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or e-mail their bid. Bids must be received by the due date.
