Project Title: Driver's Training Pavilion
Description: Architectural Firm is needed to provide engineering and design services and construction oversight for the construction of a new building totaling approximately 2,300 square feet. The facility will have garage doors on each end, to allow for trucks to pull into and through the building. The building will have electrical, mechanical, and minimal plumbing. Paving will be extended to connect this building with the newly constructed CDL Instructional Training Facility and Driver’s Training Pad. The building will be used by the College’s Truck Driving program, as well as driver training for the College’s Fire, BLET, EMS, and Electric Line Construction programs. There will be no NCC guided visits or meetings conducted prior to the submittal of letters of interest.
