Police Department UPS Service Contract

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking bids from a qualified vendor to provide all-inclusive preventive maintenance and services to include; all labor, materials, technical support, documentation, supervision, tools, equipment, replacement batteries, and vehicles necessary to troubleshoot and repair, program VERTIV eXM controls software, remove and replace the failed components including power modules and batteries, perform VERTIV firmware upgrades and possess programming software for VERTIV eXM controls for conducting service (the Work) for six (6) Liebert (VERTIV eXM) Uninterrupted Power Supply Units (UPS) located at the St. Petersburg Police Department Headquarters Building (1301 1 ^st Ave. N. St Petersburg FL 33705).

The UPS systems support the Emergency Operations Center for the City of St. Petersburg, the Police Department, and serve as backup for the Pinellas County Operations Center. These systems are essential to daily operations and are critical during emergency situations.
