Project Description: The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes residential well development/redevelopment, interior plumbing, and septic system installments. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with residential sanitation systems construction.

Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 15 August 2027 and final completion date of 30 September 2027.
Award Statement:
Award selection will be based on the total of the Base Bid, the Additive Alternates, and the Miscellaneous Unit Work.
Actual award will be the Base Bid items, followed by Additive Alternates, in order listed, within available funding. Miscellaneous Unit Work will only be awarded if needed.
