This is a Presolicitation Notice (in which no responses are necessary at this time), it is anticipated that a Solicitation Notice will follow.
This requirement is to provide a complete and turn-key design, construction, and installation of a new corrosion control facility at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), located within a controlled area of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), Arizona. The primary function is the corrosion control of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) and other ferrous related items. The media blast booth will be housed within a fully enclosed Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) that also provides a separated maintenance support operations area (MX Ops Area). The entire facility shall be constructed on a currently unimproved site. All requirements are identified in the attached documents. The period of performance of the contract is anticipated to begin on or before 31 August 2026 with required completion by 20 December 2027. All responsible sources may submit a proposal , which will be considered by the agency. In the event of a change order, the process for an equitable adjustment would follow DFARS 252.243-7001 and 252.243-7002.
