Overview
The Town of New Milford is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for
installing concrete sidewalks, concrete sidewalk ADA ramps, asphalt curbs, backfilling, grading, establishing turf and other work related to the sidewalk project
.
The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, services and certain materials necessary for the work as specified herein. All work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in part or in whole.
This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
