The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct improvements to the Remann Hall Detention Building located at 5501 6 ^th Ave Tacoma, WA 98406. * Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in his bid.

A Pre-bid walk-through will be held at 5501 6th Ave, Tacoma, WA 98406 December 2nd, 2025 @ 1pm. The walk-through is anticipated to take approximately 1.5 hours and will include all areas involved in the project. All are to meet at the back SW loading dock entrance. We will meet in the conference room across from the cafeteria.
