Proponents shall submit one (1) PDF electronic version of their complete Proposal, via email, to the office of Allan Knibbs, Facilities Director, Cranbrook Campus AKnibbs@cotr.bc.ca
The subject line of the submission email shall contain the phrase "Janitorial Services – Golden Campus Proposal Submission" and the name of the Proponent.
