Summary:The County is seeking to stablish a contract with one (1) qualified firm to provide technically skilled, on-site stationed, personnel to process ServiceNow tasks, to troubleshoot data and voice communications circuits, and to maintain and install new inside cabling for data, cable TV, and for distributed antenna systems.
The on-site personnel will accurately troubleshoot technical problems and will assess and provide cost estimates for new cabling projects either via the ServiceNow system or as directed by Department of Technology Services (“DTS”) management.
