Project Description: Clearfield City is seeking a qualified consultant or consultant team to work in partnership with the City, stakeholders, property owners, and the public to create a Civic & Town Center Vision and Implementation Plan focused on the Clearfield Town Square site and surrounding civic core. The purpose of this project is to establish a clear vision, conceptual design framework, activation strategy, and implementation plan for a vibrant, year-round gathering place that serves as the civic heart of the community and a catalyst for activity, investment, and placemaking within Downtown Clearfield.
The City is seeking a plan that emphasizes civic open space, recreation-based placemaking, community programming, and implementation strategies that will transform the area into a destination for residents and visitors while supporting surrounding commercial and civic development.
