Description: The City University of New York (CUNY) intends to procure electronic access to the The American Psychological Association’s PsycInfo and PsycArticles databases through the EBSCO platform, for a period of Five (5) years, on behalf of the CUNY Office of Library Services, to be used by the CUNY campus libraries in the five (5) boroughs of New York City.
The American Psychological Association’s PsycInfo and PsycArticles databases (PsycInfo is the largest resource devoted to peer-reviewed literature in the behavioral sciences, providing access to scholarly journal articles, books, book chapters and dissertations. PsycArticles is a full text psychology database which contains the content of over eighty (80) journals, including all journals published by the American Psychological Association).
To be considered for award, the prospective vendors must be authorized to sell/resell access to these databases though the EBSCO platform to public educational institutions. Prospective vendors that are authorized to sell/resell PsycInfo and PsycArticles to such entities must meet the product requirements set forth in Product Requirements above. Vendors are invited to submit no later than the date set forth below: 1) documentation verifying that your company can meet the minimum product requirements; and 2) a letter from EBSCO, authorizing your company to sell/resell these products and services to public educational institutions. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
