Description

Sources Sought - Acquisition Professionals Suite of Information and Knowledge Sharing Platform.



The US Marshals Service (USMS) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify prospective sources to fill a Government requirement for a comprehensive suite of information and knowledge sharing platform for acquisition professionals. The platform would include acquisition news, case law, newsletters, acquisition resources and acquisition training. This service would be used by DOJ/USMS acquisition members for many things such as continuous learning points earning and tracking, procurement related expert inquiries and responses, acquisition best practices and job tools. All of these provide for a knowledge sharing platform throughout the acquisition workforce. This should be an existing commercial IT platform.



The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 519290 Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.



THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This notice is for informational and market research purposes only. The USMS is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This is not a request for proposal or quote, it does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.



Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in response to this request for information. Telephone inquiries will NOT be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback on submissions will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.



SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:



Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this notice by 1:00pm EDT on April 30, 2025 to Kim Ramsay at kim.ramsay2@usdoj.gov with the subject line SS-Acquisition Professionals Platform. Your submission must include the following information, at a minimum:



1. Company profile that includes: UEI, Name and Address, Primary POC information, business size and type of ownership, socio-economic status/participation such as 8(a), WOSB/EDWOSB, SDVOSB and HUBZONE, SAM.gov representation and certifications, and other related documentation.



2. A brief statement of the company’s capability that relates to the described government requirement. Additional demonstration of capability may include current and past performance history for the same or similar requirement, established contracts such as GSA, NASA SEWP, etc.



3. Provide your company’s website URL and/or a link to any demonstration video. Provide examples of information that may be specific to the DOJ/USMS JAR.
