The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) is requesting proposals from qualified Design-Build teams (also referred to as the "Contractor or D/B") to provide final design, permitting, and construction services for a new North College Park Community Center located at 9801 Rhode Island Avenue, College Park, Maryland within Hollywood Plaza.
