Project Title: On-Call Spill and Emergency Response
Description: Services will include the characterization, containment, cleanup, reporting, proper disposal, and documentation for hazardous and non-hazardous spills and material within the City of Raleigh’s jurisdiction. The two (2) selected vendors will provide rapid response services to mitigate environmental and public safety risks associated with spills and/or required material removal, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The selected firm must be available 24/7, 365 days a year to ensure continuous support and responsiveness. The selected contractor would provide documentation throughout the cleanup process, including a summary report detailing the cleanup efforts and what further actions (if any) are required, to include any required characterization, reporting, and documentation required for material disposal. The City expects the selected two (2) firms for the services associated with this request for proposals.
