Q1. Would you be able to clarify the SF330 Response date for the Pathology Lab project #405-24-001?
SF 330 submittal packages shall be submitted no later than March 7, 2025 at 3:00PM EST.
Updated Response Date:Â Feb 28, 2025 03:00 pm EST

A1. Correct submittal due date is March 7, 2025 at 3:00PM EST

Q2. Page 1 of document 36C24125R0041 +0001 states the response date is February 28, 2025 qat 3:00pm EST. However, on page 7, it states it is due March 7, 2025 at 3:00pm EST. Could you please confirm the correct due date?

A2. See A1.

Q3. Are Part IIs and PPQs/CPARS excluded from the 65-page limit?

A3. IAW Submission instructions: submissions are limited to 65 pages, but title pages and tables are excluded from the page count.

Q4. On page 6 of document 36C24125R0041 +0001 , it states that each resume shall include a minimum of three (3) specific completed projects that best illustrate the individual team members experience in their technical field relevant to this contract scope. Â In this context, does completed projects mean design-only completed or both design and construction completed?

A4. Design Only

Q5. When you say no photographs submitted, are you referring to photos that are incorporated into the PDF s SF 330 sections for illustration purposes?

A5. No photographs submitted as attachments.

Q6. The notice lists two dates for deadlines. On the first page: 2/28/2025 3PM ET and on page 7: 3/7/2025 3PM. Which deadline is correct?

A6. See A1.

Q7. The SAM.gov notice (web page) for this RFQ shows Updated Response Date:Â Feb 28, 2025 03:00 pm EST . Â This conflicts with 36C24125R0041 001.docx that has the instruction to submit NLT March 7, 2025 at 3:00PM EST.

A7. See A1.

Q8. Another RFI on this notice it looks like you want engineers and architects of record to be licensed in VT. Is that correct? We are used to federal projects only requiring licensure in a US state. If the engineers of record are NCEES Model Law Engineers and the architect of record holds NCARB status, meaning that both disciplines have obtained the ability to fast-track applications for another state s professional license registration, does that fulfill the requirement?

A7. Project Architects and Engineers of Record for various disciplines should have the ability to be Vermont licensed/registered in Vermont by or before the first deliverable.

Q8. We simply want to confirm that the SF330 due date is Friday, March 7 at 3pm EST - both SAM and the first page of the Solicitation Notice state otherwise.

A8. See A1.
