Any quote received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No quote may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of quotes for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided by State law. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing a 750kW emergency diesel generator and associated automatic transfer switch that conforms to the specifications herein. The quote shall include shipping and handling and all related appurtenances to deliver the generator set to the City of Toccoa.
