Hartford CT – $6–7M CMAR Renovation – Occupied Facility – RFP

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – CMAR SERVICES Mercy Housing and Shelter Corporation seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the renovation of St. Elizabeth House, 118 Main Street, Hartford, CT, a 54-bed transitional housing facility providing homeless services. The project includes comprehensive renovation of the 37,000 SF facility and site improvements while operations remain active. The anticipated project cost is $6–7 million. Funding includes the State of Connecticut OPM Non-Profit Grant Program and HUD EDI-CPF funds. RFP documents will be available beginning March 9, 2026 by request via email to dgurvich@mercyhousingct.org . A site tour will be held March 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM. RSVP by March 13, 2026. Proposals due: March 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM via email. Mercy Housing reserves the right to reject any proposals. Minority, women-owned, and small businesses are encouraged to apply.
