PREA Program Evaluation, Assessment, Training, And Technical Assistance Consult
The Connecticut Department of Correction is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms or individuals to evaluate and strengthen the Agency’s Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) and sexual abuse prevention and response procedures, with a specific focus on women’s correctional facilities.
