Parkwide Marine Repair
Description:

The Hudson River Park Trust (the "Trust") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for marine repair work at Hudson River Park. The scope consists of repairs to existing waterfront structures, generally including but not limited to: mobilization of one or more construction barges using cranes as necessary, deploying divers to complete construction under water, removal of deleterious or derelict materials, removal and replacement of unsound concrete and steel reinforcement, encasing piles, cleaning and recoating structural steel, replacing or installing structural components, repointing and replacing masonry, filling voids and cracks, removing and installing piles, removing or relocating floating docks (the “Work”), as more specifically described in the RFP. The contractor shall be experienced in all aspects of the services.

Documents will be available on October 22, 2024. Interested firms may request the RFP by sending a completed RFP Request Form, attached as a download to this New York State Contract Reporter Ad, to the RFP Email below.

Proposals will be accepted electronically through the RFP Email. Please refer to the RFP for specific submission requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on the selection criteria set forth in the RFP, including quality of proposal, firm and subcontractor experience and price proposal.
